Chelsea studied and trained in classical ballet for over 25 years, and began to fuse her knowledge of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga as a pathway to optimal alignment of the body through movement.
She has dedicated years to self practice in order to embody her training. Her training includes a RYT Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification after 13 years of practice, and now has taught over 3000 hours since completing her training in 2014.
In 2016 she was sponsored to train under Gabrielle Walters, the creator of Inferno Hot Pilates. Since completing her Pilates training she has taught over 2000 hours of Pilates in California and Hawaii.
Since arriving on Hawaii in 2016, her focus developed further into the art of cleansing both internally and externally. Nutritional based cleansing with Ayurvedic principals, permaculture living, as well as exotic superfoods have influenced her focus to a full body experience.
- Knowledge of alignment of specific exercises to achieve optimal and sound structure of the spinal vertebrae in order to enjoy full, balanced healthy breathing.
- Introspection and emphasis on digestion is a necessity in keeping your body healthy inside and out.
- Strength is essential in order to have enjoyable experiences which bring value and happiness to ones body, mind and spirit.
These principles are what Chelsea uses to help her students and clients to accomplish efficient results in weight loss, toning, strengthening, shaping and detoxing.
