Chandra Nanette Bowen, Physician Assistant (PA-C) is a nationally certified (NAMA) Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, who blends Ayurveda practices and over 35 years of allopathic clinical experience to create a holistic practice incorporating Eastern and Western models of medicine.

If you are working with health issues such as fatigue, joint pain, insomnia, menopausal symptoms, difficult digestion, headaches, weight concerns etc. Chandra will offer you guidance and simple tools that will help you move toward restoring the innate healing and self-repair process within your body. She can also offer guidance on integrating the timeless wisdom of yoga into your lifestyle.
During your consultation, Chandra will establish your constitution (Prakriti) and imbalances (Vrikriti). In an effort to move you closer toward your true constitution, she will employ Ayurvedic principles, including recommendations on lifestyle, diet, herbs, breath work, mindfulness and yoga practices.
This philosophy respects the fact that each person is unique. Its primary aim is to integrate and balance the body, mind and spirit.

She also provides workshops in micro-resiliency practices for healthcare professionals, transformative mindful risk-taking, and teaches Ayurveda modules for RYT Training programs.
