Jen Madigan is originally from San Diego, California and has had a passion for Holistic health and wellness from a very young age. She grew up with a background in fitness and was a competitive cheerleader and dancer through high school.
In college, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and also completed her 500 hour Classical Pilates certification through Chakra Pilates in San Diego. Soon after, she opened a Pilates studio, where she managed and taught classes full time.
In 2015, while on a wellness retreat in Costa Rica, she discovered a new found love for yoga and knew she wanted to deepen her practice by becoming a certified yoga teacher as well. She had a lifelong dream of moving to Maui and soon after decided to journey west to live the island life.
She completed her RYT 200 Yoga Training through the Maui Yoga Shala and teaches Vinyasa Flow. Her classes offer a challenge to the physical body through movement, while focusing on the mind body connection, breath work, and proper alignment with gentle adjustments.
Jen is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and offers health consultations, group and one on one coaching programs where she teaches clients the importance of primary and secondary foods, crowding out bad habits and offers guidance in reaching nutrition and fitness goals.
When she’s not teaching or coaching, Jen spends her free time in nature, cooking healthy recipes and traveling. Her ultimate dream is to lead yoga and wellness retreats at various locations around the globe.
